    You will join a Second Charge Mortgage advice team and be responsible for conducting high quality, pre-qualified sales calls to their customers. You will have a fine balance between treating customers fairly, building warm consultative rapport and keeping up to speed with the busy and fast paced environment whilst remaining compliant.

    Ideal Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

    * To call pre-qualified leads and complete full sales cycle
    * Excellent Communicator with a desire to succeed
    * CeMAP level 1 or higher is desirable (working towards full CeMAP)
    * Knowledge of sales principles and methods would be ideal
    * Full Sales Cycle Experience, preferably in B2C
    * Track record of hitting KPIs, sales targets - know your numbers!
    * Remaining compliant at all times
    * IT Skills, Microsoft Capability - Intermediate or above
    * Experience within a regulated finance company is desirable

    The general manager will have experience of managing a high-volume late-night bar/Pub or club and will have outstanding knowledge of the industry. You will be highly organised and be proficient in back of house operations. You will also hold a license and have up to date knowledge on all H&S and licensing compliance. You will demand the highest standards of customer service, be passionate about customer experience, committed and fun with a dynamic style. You will be an exceptional manager of people with a passion for recruiting the very best people within the industry.

    You must be commercially minded, understanding the impact that you or your team have on sales, costs, profit and identify opportunities to improve or enhance commercial results and stay abreast of competitor activity and industry knowledge whilst maintaining operational basic standards to ensure a legal, safe and compliant environment.

    As General Manager your duties include:

    Driving revenue and new business

    Delivering profit levels over and above the budget

    Marketing and promotion of the venue

    HR and payroll management and staff development

    H&S and compliance

    Weekly and daily administration and reporting

    Site control of orders and stock control

    Maintain all company procedure relating to stock and cash controls

    Maintain and manage standards at the unit.
