Retail Week, 'Employer of the Year’ Better Bathrooms were keen to maintain their excellent recruitment and retention rates when they planned to develop a brand-new trade sales team.
Having recently appointed a Head of Sales to spear head this project, the team structure was clearly defined, and timescales put in place. The initial challenge was to set the benchmark for the first batch of recruits that would shape the development of this new department's growth.
