The Job Role
You will be...
responsible to the Head of Sales and Marketing for all sales and marketing activities within the sector, which supplies and installs central heating systems and sells added value products of repair, service and warranty.
direct ing reports of 3 x Regional Sales Managers, a Channel Manager, a Sales Call Centre Manager and overall responsibility for 60+ Field Sales Executives
targeted on gross sales, profit margin and customer churn rates, plus the efficiency of the call centre (calls handled, conversion rates).
The ideal applicant should have...
direct industry experience within energy and utilities, or come from a fast paced, profit driven plc or similar blue chip company and will be able to prove a successful sales career at senior level
