We're recruiting for one of Manchester's most exciting property groups - a business with incredible residential stock, a huge pipeline of new units, and a culture built on growth, ambition, and progression.

This is a brand‑new lettings department inside a hugely successful development group, and they're looking for a Lettings Executive who wants momentum, earning potential, and a long‑term career path. They can prove dozens of internal promotions - this is a place where people genuinely grow.

What you'll be doing:

• Running viewings across premium developments
• Acting as the first point of contact for all applicant enquiries
• Building relationships with prospective tenants and delivering a standout customer journey
• Managing lettings administration including applications, agreements, and communication logs
• Representing the brand within a modern, luxury city‑centre office

What you'll bring:

• Some lettings or sales experience is helpful
• A track record of hitting targets
• Confidence, initiative, and a proactive mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A friendly, positive personality with real customer‑service focus
• Manchester knowledge is a bonus
