The Job Role
You will be responsible for...
To actively canvass and convert new business opportunities from incoming leads, cold-calling and business meetings.
To create awareness of, and demand for, our clients’ solutions in a designated client base, working to maximise revenue.
To develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers at Board and senior management levels within client base.
Working with the customer’s HR and recruitment partners so that our client wins the supplier of choice decision at multiple levels within the customer through a demonstrable ability to link customer recruitment requirements to our clients’ solutions and capabilities.
The key objective being to secure and maintain a significant and profitable revenue stream.
The ideal applicant should have...
A successful track record in a sales role will be essential, as we're looking for someone with strong customer facing skills and a background in key account management and solution selling.
You'll also need an impressive list of contacts and a solid understanding of the Internet's role within the recruitment sector.
Self-motivated, well organised and with a systematic approach to work, you're a good-humoured team player with the ability to also work to individual targets.
Most importantly you will have proven yourself in a competitive sales environment.
