Decarbonisation Delivery Lead

Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Package

We're partnering with an established and rapidly growing construction group that's making a significant investment into a new renewable energy, retrofit and property decarbonisation division.

With Housing Association programmes already secured and ambitious plans to expand across the social housing sector, we're looking for an experienced operational delivery professional to take ownership of projects and play a key role in establishing this new operation.

The division will deliver solar PV installations, air source heat pumps (ASHP), heating system upgrades, kitchen replacements, energy efficiency improvements and wider retrofit and property refurbishment works across occupied residential properties.

This is a hands-on, client-facing operations role combining project delivery, subcontractor management and the opportunity to influence how a growing division operates.

The Role:

  • Lead operational delivery of residential decarbonisation, retrofit, renewable energy and planned improvement programmes.
  • Manage solar panel installations, air source heat pumps, heating upgrades and associated property refurbishment works.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Housing Association clients, managing relationships and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, resources, budgets and project programmes.
  • Oversee quality, compliance, resident liaison and operational performance across occupied social housing properties.
  • Resolve delivery challenges, maintain project momentum and report directly to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Experience delivering decarbonisation, retrofit, renewable energy, heating upgrades or planned maintenance programmes.
  • Background working with Housing Associations, social housing providers or property services contractors.
  • Knowledge of solar PV, air source heat pumps, energy efficiency measures and PAS 2035 retrofit requirements would be advantageous.
  • Strong operational delivery, subcontractor and programme management experience.
  • Confident managing client relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of delivery.
  • Commercially aware, hands-on and comfortable working in a growing operation.
