North West
£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Package

We're working with an established and rapidly growing construction group that's investing in a new division focused on property refurbishment, planned maintenance, kitchen upgrades and renewable energy installations across the social housing sector.

With Housing Association contracts already secured and a growing pipeline of projects, this is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage, taking ownership of delivery while helping establish a division that's a key part of the group's wider growth plans.

Projects will include kitchen replacements and upgrades, air source heat pump installations, solar PV, heating upgrades, energy efficiency improvements and wider residential refurbishment programmes across occupied social housing properties.

The Role:

  • Manage planned works, kitchen refurbishment, property improvement and renewable energy programmes from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Coordinate kitchen installations, air source heat pumps, solar panels and wider residential upgrades.
  • Oversee subcontractors, site teams, resources, budgets and project performance.
  • Build strong relationships with Housing Association clients, managing expectations and project progress.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with minimal disruption to residents.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges, reporting directly to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, property upgrades or residential improvement works.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors and delivery programmes.
  • Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, working autonomously and being regularly present across sites.
  • Experience in retrofit, solar PV, air source heat pumps or decarbonisation would be advantageous.

What's In It For You?

Join an established, ambitious construction group that's investing in its next stage of growth. You'll have secured work to deliver, genuine autonomy, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape a new division as it develops.
