This is a leasing role you'll have never seen before.

Our client is a fast-growing rental housing owner investing heavily across the UK and building a modern, technology-led leasing function from the ground up. They're scaling quickly, expanding across multiple regions and creating high-quality rental communities that genuinely put residents first.

You'll initially focus on leasing up a brand-new Build to Rent development in Leeds city centre before supporting a growing portfolio across the wider Leeds area. With huge investment behind the business and ambitious growth plans ahead, it's a rare opportunity to get in early, make your mark and build a career with a company that's going places.

You'll be supported by a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of developing and promoting people, alongside modern systems and AI-powered technology designed to remove admin and allow you to focus on building relationships, leasing homes and earning commission.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leasing a brand-new Build to Rent development in Leeds city centre
  • Following up with prospects via phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Converting enquiries into applications and move-ins
  • Managing applicants throughout the leasing journey
  • Conducting viewings and building strong customer relationships
  • Supporting leasing activity across wider Leeds properties
  • Managing listings and ensuring property information remains accurate
  • Providing market feedback, customer insight and leasing trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales, lettings, leasing or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A consultative approach to customers
  • Confidence using CRM systems and technology
  • Organised and detail-focused
  • Motivated by targets, growth and progression
