We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, premium organisation looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a large, customer-focused operation in Birmingham.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of a busy operation, leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving performance and maintaining the highest operational standards.

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving operational performance, efficiency and compliance
• Creating a positive, engaging culture where people thrive
• Managing budgets, KPIs and overall operational performance

Previous experience in the sector isn't required. We're looking for proven leadership ability, operational expertise and the ambition to succeed in a new environment.
