We are recruiting for a fast-growing, highly successful business in Bolton that is looking to appoint ambitious Sales Executives to join its expanding team.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role.

You will be speaking with prospective customers who have already shown an interest in high-value products and services, building rapport, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying journey.

For the right salesperson, the earning potential is exceptional.

With a basic salary of £27,500, successful performers can earn £50,000-£90,000+, with top performers capable of exceeding £100,000 per year.

The Opportunity

You will manage a pipeline of warm inbound enquiries and convert those opportunities into booked appointments and sales.

You will be expected to build trust quickly, understand customer motivations, confidently handle objections and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.

This is a consultative sales environment where relationship building matters just as much as closing ability.

You will:

• Manage warm inbound enquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels

• Build strong rapport with prospective customers

• Understand individual requirements, motivations and buying triggers

• Explain products, services, processes and payment options clearly

• Convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities

• Follow up consistently with warm leads

• Manage your own pipeline effectively from wam initial calls to Teams meetings.

• Work towards individual conversion and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Handle objections confidently and professionally

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first contact through to conversion

You may currently work in:

Telesales | Business Development | Recruitment | Automotive Sales | Door to Door | Financial Services | Insurance Sales | High-Ticket Retail | B2B Sales | B2C Sales | Sales Account Management | Property Investment

Sector experience is not essential.

What matters is your ability to communicate, build relationships, follow up relentlessly and convert opportunities.

You are likely to have:

• Previous sales experience

• A proven ability to work towards targets and KPIs

• Strong telephone communication skills

• Confidence speaking with customers about high-value purchases

• Excellent rapport-building skills

• Strong objection-handling ability

• A competitive and self-motivated approach

• Good organisation and follow-up discipline

• Confidence using CRM systems

• A genuine desire to maximise your earnings

Earnings

This role is particularly suited to somebody who is comfortable taking a lower basic salary in return for significantly higher earning potential.

Basic Salary: £27,500

OTE: £50,000-£90,000+

Top performers: £100,000+

Location

This is a fully office-based role in Bolton.

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and motivated by performance, results and earnings.
