Our client is a fast-growing rental housing owner building a brand-new leasing and resident support function from the ground up. They're investing heavily, expanding across multiple regions and creating high-quality rental communities across both houses and apartments.

As a Property Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll become the go-to person for prospects, residents and the wider leasing team, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience from first enquiry through to move-in.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Perfect for someone who loves organisation, enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating enquiries, viewings and customer communications
• Supporting applicants through referencing and move-in processes
• Managing property listings, images, descriptions and online updates
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
• Liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting residents with queries and general requests
• Monitoring applications and ensuring timelines are met
• Providing administrative and operational support to the wider leasing team

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in coordination, administration, customer service or property is beneficial
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Confident using systems, databases and CRM platforms
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and making an impact
