Key Responsibilities:

Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long‑term strategy

Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence

Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long‑term relationships built on trust

Guide clients through decision‑making, negotiation and completion

Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options

Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation

What we're looking for:

Direct experience selling UK Residential Off‑Plan & Specialist Supported Housing
Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales
Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently
Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role - Desirable

Experience selling overseas property markets - Desirable
