With strong demand across residential and commercial clients, this role plays a key part in ensuring new opportunities are followed up professionally and efficiently.

This is not a call centre role, it's a varied position where your conversations directly contribute to revenue generation.

The Role

  • Responding to incoming enquiries from homeowners and businesses
  • Booking appointments for surveys and repair visits
  • Following up quotations and previous enquiries
  • Generating opportunities from existing client databases
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and communication logs
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

You'll play a direct role in helping the business secure new work and maintain strong customer relationships.

This role would suit someone confident on the phone who enjoys building rapport and spotting opportunities.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • appointment setting
  • internal sales
  • customer service with a commercial focus
  • property, construction, insurance or home improvement environments (helpful but not essential)

You'll likely bring:

  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence speaking with customers and qualifying enquiries
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar tools
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Good Microsoft Office skills

Most importantly, you'll enjoy speaking with people and helping turn enquiries into confirmed work.

Why Apply?

  • Join a growing and ambitious local business
  • Flexible weekday hours that fit around other commitments
  • Supportive office-based working environment
  • A role where your contribution directly impacts business performance
  • Opportunity to grow with the organisation over time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time commercial role with genuine responsibility and variety.
