Senior Revenue Analyst

(A step‑up role with real influence and stakeholder visibility)

We're partnering with a long‑standing client in the premium living sector to appoint a Senior Revenue Analyst - an ideal next step for someone ready to move beyond pure analysis and into a more strategic, commercially focused role. You'll sit at the heart of portfolio performance, pricing strategy and revenue insight, shaping decisions across a multi‑site, multi‑brand portfolio.

This is a chance to take on greater ownership, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners, and confidently present insight that drives commercial outcomes. If you're looking for a role where your analysis genuinely influences strategy, this is the progression opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do

  • Lead weekly and monthly revenue and performance reporting cycles
  • Interpret data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the portfolio
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
  • Support the development of annual pricing and revenue plans with senior stakeholders
  • Monitor in‑cycle performance and recommend optimisation or promotional tactics
  • Act as a key point of contact for external partners, managing queries and approvals
  • Provide Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance with concise, commercially focused insight
  • Present performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including acquisition analysis and new initiatives
  • Support non‑core revenue streams such as seasonal and short‑stay opportunities
  • Help refine internal processes, reporting structures and team workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience in revenue management, commercial analytics, consulting or portfolio/asset management
  • Strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence commercial decisions
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and building strong cross‑functional relationships
  • Experience in multi‑site environments such as hotels, PBSA, BTR or similar
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commercially minded, proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Detail‑driven, articulate and confident communicating insight clearly and persuasively

What's In It for You

  • Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Pension scheme
  • Free on‑site perks (meals, parking, wellbeing initiatives)
  • Access to discounts, wellbeing support and regular social events
  • A friendly, down‑to‑earth culture with genuine opportunities to grow
