What You'll Do
- Lead weekly and monthly revenue and performance reporting cycles
- Interpret data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the portfolio
- Translate analysis into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
- Support the development of annual pricing and revenue plans with senior stakeholders
- Monitor in‑cycle performance and recommend optimisation or promotional tactics
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners, managing queries and approvals
- Provide Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance with concise, commercially focused insight
- Present performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Contribute to strategic projects, including acquisition analysis and new initiatives
- Support non‑core revenue streams such as seasonal and short‑stay opportunities
- Help refine internal processes, reporting structures and team workflows
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years' experience in revenue management, commercial analytics, consulting or portfolio/asset management
- Strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence commercial decisions
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and building strong cross‑functional relationships
- Experience in multi‑site environments such as hotels, PBSA, BTR or similar
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions‑focused
- Detail‑driven, articulate and confident communicating insight clearly and persuasively
