The Role

As Branch Manager you will:

  • Take charge of day-to-day branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with industry regulations.
  • Lead, support, and develop our branch team, helping them deliver the same friendly, dependable service we are known for.
  • Oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the branch meets financial and operational goals.
  • Maintain and build relationships with commercial clients and insurance partners, making sure clients always feel understood and well looked after.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and services, helping the branch stand out for responsiveness and quality.
  • Uphold commitment to honesty, clarity, and approachability, always putting clients first.

About You

  • Proven experience in Commercial Insurance as a Manager either running a branch, office, or team.
  • In depth insurance knowledge across all commercial lines, ideally with a strong background in Liability Insurance
  • Expertise of working with SME and Mid-Market clients
  • Is organised, reliable, and great at managing people and priorities.
  • Has strong communication skills, able to explain insurance, regulations, and options clearly top both your team and clients.
  • Is committed to compliance, best practices, and building trust with clients and partners.
  • Is proactive and ready to lead a team that treats customers as people, not just policies.
