UPVC Fabrication Supervisor - Immediate Opportunity
Location: Bolton
Salary: £600 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (subject to variation)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated UPVC Fabrication Supervisor to lead and coordinate our skilled production team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll take ownership of the daily manufacturing process-driving efficiency, maintaining quality, and ensuring our premium UPVC windows and doors are produced to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of UPVC Fabricators.
- Managing workflow across all stages of production - from measuring and cutting to welding and assembling components.
- Overseeing the operation and upkeep of advanced fabrication machinery and tools.
- Implementing rigorous quality control procedures to ensure every product meets specification.
- Promoting and maintaining a safe, compliant, and organised working environment.
- Working closely with management to enhance production performance and achieve business goals.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in UPVC window and door fabrication.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret detailed drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for precision and quality.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
