We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Carpet Sales Executive to join our expanding team, covering our Bolton and Manchester carpet showrooms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected name in home interiors, where delivering outstanding service and achieving results go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in our showrooms, providing expert advice on carpets, flooring, and related products.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and manage customer enquiries efficiently.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while upholding our commitment to service excellence.
• Stay informed on product ranges, promotions, and industry trends.

About You

• Proven retail sales experience, ideally in flooring, furniture, or interiors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage customers at all levels.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated by delivering results.
• Flexible to work weekends and travel between Bolton and Manchester showrooms.
• Passionate about interiors and dedicated to providing a premium customer experience.
