Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time
Wall 2 Wall Carpets are a trusted name in flooring across Bolton, supplying and fitting quality carpets and flooring to both retail and trade customers. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Support superstar to join our friendly team.

What you'll be doing:
- Taking calls and handling email enquiries from retail & trade customers
- Preparing and sending quotes / invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers to keep jobs on track
- Scheduling fitters and coordinating installation dates
- Helping customers in the showroom with product advice and purchases from time to time
- General admin to keep everything running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Experience in administration, sales support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner
- Super organised with great attention to detail
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems etc.)
- Background in flooring, home improvements, or trade (a bonus but not essential!)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
