What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK agents and introducers, onboarding them and guiding them to sell

  • Support agents with training, marketing materials, and sales strategies to maximise results

  • Drive business growth through your agent network, ensuring their clients' needs are met

  • Attend property events, exhibitions, and international roadshows to generate interest and promote projects

  • Guide clients from enquiry through to completion, providing professional advice and support

  • Report on activity, market feedback, and sales progress, ensuring continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in property investment, estate agency, lettings, or international property sales

  • A strong network of property agents or introducers in the UK

  • Proven success in building partnerships and driving sales through others

  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ambitious, motivated, and excited by the opportunity to earn more in a booming market

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
