Property Sales Executive - Sell for a luxury UAE Developer from London!

Are you a property professional with a strong network of agents, investors, or developers in the UK market? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth international property business with one of the strongest pipelines in the market right now.

With the Dubai property market experiencing record demand and major new projects launching across the city, the opportunity for ambitious sales professionals has never been greater. You'll be based in London but selling across both Dubai and London markets - working with UK agents, onboarding them, and driving property sales through strong partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK estate agents, property investment companies, and other introducers

  • Educate agents on the portfolio of projects available, ensuring they're fully supported with training, onboarding, and marketing materials

  • Create and deliver effective strategies to generate new business and maximise sales through agents

  • Attend property exhibitions, events, and international roadshows to promote projects and generate investor interest

  • Work closely with agents to guide their clients through the full sales journey, from enquiry through to completion

  • Report on activity, market feedback, and sales progress to ensure continuous improvement and results

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in property investment, estate agency, lettings, or international sales

  • A strong network of property agents or introducers in the UK

  • Proven success in building partnerships and driving sales through others

  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Someone ambitious, motivated, and excited by the potential to earn big in a fast-moving market

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
