We are expanding and currently seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our glass manufacturing team across various shifts - including days and lates.

Whether you're experienced in glass production or looking for a fresh start in a hands-on role, if you have a can-do attitude and are eager to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Areas of Work:

  • Manufacturing double and triple glazed glass units
  • Toughening glass to meet industry safety standards
  • Dispatch - picking and securely stacking finished units for delivery

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Producing high-quality glazed units to company and industry standards
  • Operating machinery and tools safely and effectively
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
  • Working in line with health and safety guidelines
  • Supporting your team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided
  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting glass and materials
  • Detail-focused, able to follow instructions precisely
  • Good time management and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and a positive, proactive attitude
