We're working with a fantastic client in the property sector who is on the lookout for a Property Administration Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This is a great role for someone who's organised, proactive, and enjoys speaking with investors while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our client is part of a well-established development group with a brilliant reputation across the industry. Known for delivering some of the most exciting residential schemes on offer and having a culture that keeps people for years and years with prove progression across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Organise and conduct mid-term inspections and check-outs, providing high-quality reports to landlords
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed with accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and landlords alike
- Provide landlords with insightful market updates based on property data
- Manage investor returns and deal with related queries in a timely manner
- Assist the lettings team when needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property software
- Previous experience or understanding of the property industry (advantageous but not essential)
- A customer-focused approach with confidence and personality
