Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales consultants to drive performance and success.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, guiding them through the property investment journey.

  • Manage warm, inbound leads and provide expert advice and recommendations.

  • Offer tailored guidance on the best property investment opportunities for clients.

  • Support clients in building and managing their property portfolios.

  • Deliver strategic insights to meet client needs and ensure a positive experience.

  • Maintain accurate records and track progress using Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborate with a high-achieving, supportive team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.

  • Desire to transition into property investment from estate agency, whether you're a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales and Lettings Manager, or similar.

  • Proven success in team management and driving sales performance.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is advantageous.

  • Motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.

  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent time management skills.
