What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face of our client's company, providing expert guidance and information on their amazing homes available for rent.
  • Handle warm-hot inbound enquiries only.
  • Deal with pleasant calls with efficiency and ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
  • Utilise your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and rapport with prospective tenants.
  • Work closely with our onsite teams to seamlessly coordinate viewings and assist with remote tours, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every step of the way.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and key messages from our client's company, empowering you to confidently answer any questions that come your way.

What We're Looking For:

  • A customer focused person with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Exceptional listening skills and a knack for building rapport over the phone.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a knack for quickly learning new software.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to adapt to change.
  • Experience managing a high-volume workload, coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and good accuracy in your work

Your working hours:

35 hours per week on an alternating bi-weekly pattern

Weeks 1-2: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00

Weeks 2-4: Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 and Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00

What you'll get in return:
