We are currently looking to meet up with lively, enthusiastic outbound telesales / sales professionals, with full sales cycle experience. You will have a great telephone manner and want to be part of a dynamic yet results orientated inbound and outbound sales team.
The ideal Telesales executive will proactively liaise with key decision makers completing all or part of the full sales cycle from initial sales call to closing the sale whilst continually sourcing new business sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Outbound Sales Executive / Sales Advisor-
To call new and existing customers from targeted data in order to create and identify new business and cross selling opportunities. Qualifying these calls for decision makers and capture specified information.
Develop a pipeline of short and long term prospects that will meet the specified criteria, generating future business.
Ensure that all relevant information you capture is entered onto the CRM database.
Work to agreed KPI's sales and call targets.
Cold calling and warm calling, solution selling and following up on leads, negotiating, objection handling, closing and developing long lasting professional relationships.
Ideal Outbound Sales Executive Experience
- B2B or B2C in a sales or service environment is essential
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Full Sales Cycle Experience
- Track record of hitting KPI's and targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to influence and reach decision makers
- Computer competent

Job Purpose: Create and deliver company business plan for international sales including the distributor network (not including Asia-Pacific) and strategic business partnerships.
International Sales & Business Partnership Specialist:
*Progress directly any leads from overseas countries where we do not have an office or a distributor.
*Plan and prioritise sales activities in accordance with local needs.
*Achieve pre agreed order targets.
*Ensure that sales enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
*Use in-house tools and systems to keep customer and prospect information up to date at all times.
*Initiate pro-active sales processes including identification of key accounts to penetrate.
*Creatively demonstrate the company software solutions.
*Attend exhibitions and conferences and plan for seminars/webinars.
*Contribute to ideas for marketing campaigns.
*Contribute to ideas for new product development planning and management.
*Produce a monthly summary report for UK management meeting.
*Organise and manage a process for RFP responses.
*Review the use of distributor channels In Europe, Africa and the Middle-East.
*Set order targets for the distributors where relevant.
*Investigate strategic business partnerships.
*Arrange training courses on a regular basis for distributors/ business partners- both pre-sales and post-sales topics.
*Assist with customer presentations and demos until distributors/business partners are up to speed.
*Work alongside the company sales team.
£50,000 to £65,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus
