Are you a customer motivated person currently managing a base of customers successfully?  Do you want to be different and change the ways chefs think about fresh produce? Do you have 2 years minimum experience working as an Account or National Account Manager ideally but not essential managing the sale of fresh solutions to the hotel, restaurant or contract catering sector?

If so, we are currently searching for a dynamic Customer Care / Acount Manager to join a highly driven and ambitious leading Food Service company...

The team are wholly focused on providing a seamless link between growers and producers and the catering professional, giving a worry-free commercial life for all our customers.


The Job Role
To visit customers and ensure that the company is continuing to perform to its high levels of service.
To ensure that customers can telephone you to discuss problems/requirements,
During visits opportunities may be taken that allow us to “up sell” special offers and products that the customer is not currently buying.
Ensure all feedback is to be reported back into the business both verbally and in the form of weekly KPI’s.
You will be responsible for...
  • Manage a pre-determined amount of customers.
  • Report both positive and negative directly back into the business.
  • Perform a number of pre-determined amount of visits per week.
  • Assist customers in their requirements, for example: sorting out complaints, sourcing special items they require and sorting out operational issues they may have by liaising directly with all internal managers.
  • To ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times.
  • Efficiently and ethically dealing with performance management and colleague relations issues.
