As part of our computer based Laboratory Informatics product suite we offer both application based and technical training courses for our products including LIMS, SDMS and ELN.

The Job Role
You will be responsible for...
  • Designing and developing specific product based training courses including technical and application based courses
  • Maintaining these courses to ensure they are kept up to date and relevant as new product versions are released
  • Delivering software product training courses to new and existing customers as well as internal staff (Courses may be delivered at our offices worldwide or on customer sites and may last 4.5days)
  • Assisting with the administration and set up of training courses
  • Work as part of the training team to evaluate and recommend new training approaches and technologies applicable to the business.

The Person
The ideal applicant should have...
  • Experience of developing technical IT training documentation including programming and system management material
  • Experience of developing application based IT training material
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of delivering technical and application based IT training courses
  • Ideal yet not essential, experience of Laboratories and Laboratory Informatics (LIMS, CDS, SDMS ELN etc)
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and to be a self starter
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft .NET framework would be an advantage as would relational database experience
The position will involve national and international travel
