The Job Role
You will be responsible for...
Training, coaching and developing a team of highly motivated sales consultants
Ensuring the store gives excellent customer service at all times
Motivating and mentoring staff
Driving the business to exceed sales, KPI’s and service targets
Communicating clearly with all members of staff through morning briefings and store meetings
Driving all operational standards within the store including administration and merchandising standards
Ensuring monthly/quarterly store social event is made available.
Ensuring the staff adhere to a sales process which put the needs of the customer first at all times
Ensuring the teams are compliant with procedures to minimise shrinkage and cash loses.
Leading by example by ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience with the company
