For the structured development of our team we offer a Manager In Training (MIT) career path which is broken down into 4 stages: |

| Stage 1 – Level 2 Award in Food Safety |
| Stage 2 – Basic Management Course |
| Stage 3 – Advanced Management Course |
| Stage 4 – In Store Assessment |
| |
| Once the above training has been completed, Congratulations, you are now a Dominos approved Store Manager. |
