• Consistently exceeded company sales targets in current role by 8/10 % each week, and showing year on year overall growth within the store by 12%.
• Identified, trained & co-ordinated in house Customer Service workshops. Liaised with other departments to achieve company wide customer service mystery shopper target of 80% year on year.
• Conceived built and planned the layouts for the opening of 25 new retail stores, followed it up with supporting the store team after opening to deliver sales growth of between 20/50%.
