A Regional Manager and business leader with a track record within business transformation, operational management and maximising revenue & profits. Key areas of expertise include developing an effective sales culture to increase sales, implementing operational efficiencies to increase bottom line financial performance and people management with teams of up to 320 people. This Regional Manager has the ability to develop product packages to increase turnover and promotes world class customer service within stores. This dynamic Regional Manager is now seeking a new challenge in a Sales or Operations Director role within the retail sector.
