A highly focused, dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager with extensive management experience in the Retail industry. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven coaching skills developing junior management into senior roles and involvement in corporate graduate recruitment. Excellent planning and organisational skills demonstrated in strategic planning and project management at all levels.

Currently seeking a challenging role into which existing skills can be transferred as well as having the opportunity to further own development. This could be stand alone or multi site in the retail environment or diversifying into a business that would bring about a change of career direction.
