Our client, driven by exciting partnerships within the luxury living space, is seeking a Lettings Portfolio Analyst to take ownership of their own portfolio and play a key role in shaping their investment services.

You will act as the essential link between the completions team and the lettings team, ensuring smooth transitions from build completion to market readiness and helping maximise the value of client portfolios.
The Key Responsibilities of the Portfolio Analyst:
- Provide data-driven pricing strategies and rental valuations to ensure optimal returns for investors.
- Deliver market insights and forecasts to help investors make informed portfolio decisions.
- Negotiate rental offers between applicants and landlords to align with market trends.
- Work with landlords and tenants to secure rental agreements that meet investor expectations.
- Support the Property Management team with pricing guidance for rent reviews and renewals.
- Help set renewal terms in line with current market conditions and landlord objectives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for new build properties to ensure successful letting.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants for newly completed units.
- Act as the main contact between completions and lettings teams to ensure smooth property transitions.
- Facilitate information flow between teams to minimise delays and maximise efficiency.
- Assisting with viewings and ad hoc lettings tasks as required.
- Own/Maintain relationships with premium clients/investors.
- Conduct research on local property markets and rental trends to provide relevant insights.
- Analyse competitor pricing and tenant demand to refine pricing models.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- 3+ years' experience in property management, lettings, or real estate investment analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance the interests of landlords and tenants.
- Knowledge of property markets, including an understanding of rental trends, property valuations, and investor expectations.
- High attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
