Key Account Assistant

The correct candidate must have a positive can-do attitude, able to work within a fast paced, demanding environment as an individual and as a team. Must be able to perform well under pressure, able to multitask, have exceptional customer service skills both via telephone and email and also have excellent punctuality.

The role itself will include daily demands of several tasks such as;

  • Booking appointments with customers
  • Updating and uploading relevant information to our clients online
  • Accepting incoming and making outgoing calls to and from customers and our clients
  • Handling enquiries from both customers and our clients via email and telephone
  • Handling internal and external invoices
  • Handling new orders
  • Quickly and efficiently solving on the day problems
  • Investigating and handling customer complaints and remedial work.
  • Attention required to all of the smaller detail within all aspects of the job such as the survey information, orders, deliveries, delays, enquiries, installation details and invoices to ensure all avenues are covered
  • Maintain a healthy relationship between us, the customer and our client by keeping all parties involved updated

Full training and support will be provided to assist with the development within this expanding role.
