Responsibilities of a Property Coordinator:

  • Foster exceptional communication with landlords, reflecting a high-level service.
  • Coordinate and oversee snagging reports for our prestigious new-build properties.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of key sets for tenants and manage properties effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date Safety Certificates for new properties.
  • Facilitate the creation and verification of invoices, ensuring seamless payment processes.
  • Collaborate with developers to address any snagging issues promptly.
  • Supervise and facilitate the installation of furniture, blinds, and other essentials in completed new-build apartments.
  • Conduct occasional travel to and from sites for reports, installations, and checks.

What We're Looking for in the Ideal Property Coordinator:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Property / Property Management / Real Estate / Lettings / Building Management / Building Operations experience or relevant property sector experience.
  • Demonstrated high levels of organization and exceptional time management skills.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.
