Your Accounts Manager Role:

As an Accounts Manager, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging with various internal teams, including engineers and customer service, to meet our financial objectives.
• Building and maintaining high-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Managing client retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
• Bookkeeping, management accounts preparation, payroll, and VAT work.

• Relevant experience in accountancy practice, including VAT returns and control account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheets.
• Expertise in managing payroll and related administration.
• Capability in preparing management information and statutory accounts, including corporate tax returns, accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with software like Sage, Eque 2, and Paperless.
