As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
*Tracking and managing a workload and being able to prioritize tasks based on severity and importance.
*Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/macOS)
*Microsoft 365 Admin Centres (Exchange, Teams and Azure) and application support
*Administering & supporting Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2016/Online
*Occasional client site visits.

What we're looking for in the ideal 2nd Line Support Engineer:
*Excellent standard of customer care and a confident telephone manner.
*Must have 4 years plus experience as a 2nd line engineer.
*MDM administration - Intune, Profile Manager
*Team player - Going The Extra Mile (GTEM), providing feedback and supporting colleagues
*Experience in MSP environments or similar.
*Strong knowledge and demonstrable ability to support Windows Server, Virtualization including hosted desktops.
*Experience in network administration and data backup applications.
*Experience in general networking support & DNS/DHCP/GPO administration.
*Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later, knowledge of how to backup and restore
databases, use of SQL for queries and updates.
*A logical approach to troubleshooting.
*Active directory - create and manage AD group policies.
*Experience with Virtualisation - Vmware/hyper -V/VDI
*Networking experience
*An ability to build strong business relationships with clients at all levels.
*Full UK driving license and own transport.
*Enhanced DBS Check compliant.
