As part of a high performing Sales Team, you will focus on building relationships with prospects, presenting solutions and winning deals. You'll work closely with the Marketing Department, taking sales leads through to closure and achieving agreed business development targets. Business Development Manager - SaaS Key Responsibilities:
*New client acquisition
*Single and Multi-Site Retail Businesses
*Sell software licences of company Cloud POS & Ecommerce
*Meet and exceed targets for new licenses
*Taking new enquiries
*Prospecting
*Fact finding and understanding new prospects and their business
*Identifying requirements
*Suggestions Solutions and Problem Solving
*Presenting Solutions
*Writing Agreements
*Completing Follow Up and bringing new client's on-board
The ideal Business Development Manager - SaaS specialist:
*5+ years SAAS sales experience - Including prospecting
*B2B Sales Experience within the Retail Industry with prior knowledge of retail business concepts (or academic ability to rapidly develop knowledge)
*Industry knowledge of Equestrian or Outdoor Industries
*Strong verbal and written communication skills including negotiation skills
*Excellent networking and relationship management skills
*GCSE or equivalent education in Maths and English
*A sound grasp of ICT skills such as using MS Office
*Full UK Driving License
Beneficial Skills:
*A keen interest in one or some of the following:
Cycling, walking, climbing, horse riding, water-sports or similar
*Previous retail experience, especially in the sectors we work with
*Previous experience using Microsoft CRM or similar
Based in Manchester
Contracted 40 hours per week
20 days holiday + bank holidays + Xmas off
Private company healthcare
£45-55k plus OTE of £12k+ yet uncapped
