Our client are a family run business who specialise in property maintenance and asset management services. Due to organic growth of the company, they're now looking for a Compliance Co-Ordinator to join their friendly and motivated team.

You will schedule and coordinate all the Compliance certifications required by their clients, who own large property portfolios across the UK.

Certifications include Gas, Electric, Fire Alarm & Emergency Lights, Legionella, Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Fighting Equipment and PAT testing

The Ideal Compliance Co-Ordinator will be responsible for:

*Be a key contact with clients' maintenance departments to ensure compliance certification jobs are scheduled and completed by suppliers in a timely manner
*Ensure all due dates for certifications are tracked and scheduled for completion for each of the buildings or properties
*Utilise the maintenance scheduling and tracking system for planning and coordinating all certifications with suppliers
*Monitor the timely completion of the certification jobs on a daily/weekly basis
*Respond to queries in relation to certifications from clients and suppliers
*Load the certificates into the maintenance scheduling and tracking system for access by clients
*Locate and issue copies of certificates to our customers as required via email
*Develop an excellent working relationship with the field maintenance teams and external contractors, to ensure clear, regular and open communication channels
*Receive, upload and process quotes from suppliers of the certification services
*Create quotations for compliance work and issue to customers
*Participate in regular client meetings to track progress and monitor performance for compliance certification work
*Provide regular updates to the management team and help identify improvements in processes
*Assist with Maintenance job scheduling, invoicing or any other related activity as directed

What we're looking for:

*Property Compliance is desirable
*An understanding of different certifications needed to maintain property compliance
*NEBOSH / IOSH / any H&S certification is Desirable
*Quick learner and ability to work effectively with their scheduling software - simPRO and accounting package - Xero. Full training will be provided if no experience.
*Excellent administration skills and a professional telephone manner
*Excellent customer service skills
*Prior Knowledge of working in the property maintenance area and working with trades people would be advantageous
*The ability to prioritise activities, manage several tasks concurrently and work under pressure
*Excellent attention to detail
*Works well using own initiative
