Senior Sales Executive

Working alongside a successful marketing team and reporting directly into the Owner of the business, the ideal Senior Sales Exec will focus primarily on working in a stand-alone role, maximising sales with a view to, in the near future, building a telesales team for the business, covering new business cold calling, customer retention and converting inbound enquiries, as well as selling additional customer add on tools such as maintenance contracts.

This Senior Sales role offers fantastic scope for the right candidate, with the a succession plan to develop into a Sales Manager once the telesales department is established. You will be creating the processes to drive the business forward and build the telesales team you will be managing.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive:

· B2B lead generation and cold calling
· Converting of inbound enquiries
· Quoting for new business and closing sales in a consultative manner.
· Assisting with the further development of the existing CRM system
· Research and reporting on trends with the ability to recognise new opportunities
· Planning new sales and marketing campaigns & analysing previous performance
· Understanding the target market and competitors
· Analyse and report sales figures & look at areas of improvement
· Building and developing a team.

The Successful Senior Sales Executive:

· Business to business experience
· Understands the full 360 sales function from initial call to account retention and development
· Able to recognise, create & implement sales & reporting processes
· Understanding of trends and managing sales campaigns
· Experienced in supporting and managing sales teams
· Knowledge of CRM systems and using them effectively
· Experience in building and managing a Telesales team.

Depending on experience we are offering a competitive basic salary from £23,000 to £28,000 + Protected Bonus Year 1, along with a genuine long term career opportunity and the chance to build up your financial earnings with excellent incentives & bonuses.
