SEO Manager

An amazing career opportunity for a proven SEO manager to create the SEO strategy and work with the wider marketing team to implement performance driving initiatives across numerous in-house brands.

The ideal SEO Manager would be office based in Blackburn or take a blended WFH option (3 days in the office and 2 days from home.)

SEO Manager - Role

*Own the SEO roadmap, outlining clear objectives that align with our broader marketing and business objectives.
*Working closely with the digital marketing manager; define, manage and report on key metrics to measure performance.
*Manage the content strategy across all brands and creating engaging content.
*Be the go to domain authority that leads, supports and develops SEO best practice across the wider ecommerce team.
*Carry out competitor research and analysis regularly to inform or optimise our local search presence.
*Keep up to date with Google Analytics platform, working with other team members to gain the most valuable insights.
*Define and execute test and learn methods for continuous optimisation.
*Keep abreast of any SEO updates or industry news that may impact your area.

SEO Manager - About You

*At least 2 years extensive experience in keyword research, content creation and content marketing for SEO.
*Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog & STAT.
*Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
*Experience using CMS platforms to update web content and meta data.
*Experience of cross-functional team working, content writers, marketers and dev teams to deliver content and SEO projects.
*Has a strong understanding of all the digital marketing channels.
*Works to tight deadlines as needed.
