Internal Recruitment Resourcer

Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join there established HR team who ideally has some experience in a similar role or in recruitment. As an Internal Recruitment Resourcer you'll be involved in the end-to-end process of our volume recruitment, supporting hiring managers to secure successful candidates as well as providing an excellent candidate journey.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring a great candidate experience and work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for any new starters. In times of lower recruitment needs, you could also be involved in various HR and Talent acquisition improvement projects, focussing on attraction and onboarding by gathering feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing candidate attraction through various forms of advertising and social media.
* Writing creative job adverts for live roles
* Supporting the phone screening with candidates explaining the job role(s)
* Keeping managers and candidates updated on progress and arranging interviews
* Providing feedback to candidates and arranging start dates
* Accountable for candidate compliance - eligibility to work in the UK prior to interviewing.
* Ensuring interview and selection criteria is completed efficiently and ethically.
* Participation in career events and job fairs
* Reporting on KPI's on a weekly basis

Role requirements

- Previous recruitment experience is desirable - in-house or agency
- Experience of telephone screening
- Outgoing, engaging and personable approach
- Highly proactive, passionate about recruiting and providing an exceptional level of support
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written, over the phone and face to face.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remain focused on recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Strong administration experience.
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills, and a responsible approach to handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
