Due to exciting growth an opportunity has arisen for a proven Marketing Manager to join a company who have very exciting plans to go nationwide!

Out client is one of the leading health food providers which have been the go-to choice, taking Greater Manchester by storm since 2015.

So, over the next 12 months onwards they wish to rapidly scale their offering around the country and allow more people to fuel their bodies without compromise. This mean new products, new stores and a fantastic marketing strategy with the execution to match!

The role will give you a huge opportunity to put your own mark on the overall business strategy, help create brand guidelines and other day-to-day marketing functions!

The Ideal Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

*Social Media - Understand how to manage/create a community and drive engagement/following on key social media platforms. Create a strategy and social calendar with engaging content that resonates with your target audience. With a focus on Instagram presence and the use of social influencers to drive trade into the business
*Campaigns - New Store and Restaurant Openings, New Products, New Partnerships; creating, leading and launching new products and services will be a huge part of the success of this role
*Delivery Partnerships - Managing delivery platforms to review performance, increase visibility and sales
*CMS Website Management - Competent in managing the day to day running of the website, upload / edit / create new pages. Square Space and WordPress experience is desirable
*Data Analytics - Collect and analyse data and web analytics to give the business a greater insight into customer trends, feedback and help guide the marketing strategy.
*Sales Building - Working with the leadership team and restaurant staff to plan and execute sales building activities
*Partner Marketing - Effectively brief, partner with and manage third party agencies
*Photography - Confidence in managing photography and photoshoots
*Content Creation - Create engaging social posts, short movies and web content such as product descriptions. Longform content creation is desirable such as blogs, article etc.
*PR - You must be able to capture the attention of bloggers, journalists, and other potential influencers, influential partners or affiliates in your market.
*Growth - Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts

The Ideal Marketing Manager will have:

*A Marketing Degree / Qualification (or related subject)
*At least 2 years' managing and running campaigns on social, paid media, PPC to generate sales, subscription or following
*Proven track record of delivering sales, revenue and following growth
*Great communication skills, both written and verbal
*Comfortable working to targets
*Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed
