Sales Account Manager - Commercial Kitchens (Hospitality)

Exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial kitchen and restaurant sales and design Account Manager who will work alongside new and existing customers within a business who has enjoyed unprecedented growth. As a Sales Account Manager, you will already have a demonstrable track record of success from within a commercial kitchen environment where you deliver a consultative and service driven Sales Account Management role. You will be commercially driven with a detailed knowledge of commercial kitchens and serveries.

The Company

Our client is one of the country's leading restaurant, design and build companies, based in the North West. They work with some of the UK's leading restaurant and hospitality brands and continue to evolve and innovate. They have specialist divisions providing bespoke design and interior refurbishment for bars & counters, furniture & fittings, right through to commercial kitchens.

Responsibilities:

* Day to day management of a major national account, servicing all client needs regarding the design and fit of commercial kitchens, serveries, and bars.
* The ability to plan and plot commercial kitchens and serveries and have a full understanding of how they flow
* Responsible for conducting client meetings and site surveys
* Liaising with design team to produce detailed drawings
* Excellent, written, Numerical and IT skills such as e-mail, CRM, word, excel etc
* Pro-actively responding to existing and new client's enquiries with the aim to understand their needs and take them through a consultative sales process resulting in obtaining their business
* Preparing detailed briefs, site surveys, presentations, and quotations
* Work closely with in house team and supply partners to deliver projects and maximise margins
* Demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness negotiating and selling to clients.
* Continually focused on maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business utilising high levels of communication both verbally, visually and written.
* Liaising with various internal departments and external suppliers and partners.
* Develop and maintain an excellent level of product knowledge
* Deliver exceptional client relationships and go above and beyond for the customer
* A team player with a high level of dedication
* Flexible approach to working hours, travelling to sites in the UK and the occasional overnight stay
* Above all you will need masses of enthusiasm, energy and a tenacious approach to work

The Person:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience within a commercial kitchen and restaurant sales and design role demonstrating a consultative 'sales through service' approach preferable from within; catering, hospitality or restaurants
* Full UK driving license

Package

* A competitive salary with OTE of £50,000 (Based on performance)
* Working hours are: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday within the office environment - additional hours to meet the demands and needs of the business
* Monthly car allowance
* All working away expenses paid by the company, including accommodation, travel, meals etc.
* 30 days holiday including bank holidays
* Auto enrollment on to company pension scheme after 3 months
