Chartered Residential Surveyor

Our client is an established Building Surveying practice looking to expand their Residential Surveying and Valuation Services. Due to organic growth and continued investment, they are looking to hire an RICS Chartered Residential Surveyor to help fuel this expansion with a view to becoming the company's Head of Residential Surveying Services.

Our client has experienced a rapid period of growth whilst committing to their vision to create a great place to work. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor, who has the potential to build a team and truly partner in this expansion with the flexibility of a home and office balance to suit the role.

If you are an RICS accredited Surveyor with (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS) and have at least 1-2 years post qualification experience undertaking a range of Residential Surveying and Valuation work including:

*RICS Home Survey Level 1
*RICS Home Survey Level 2
*RICS Home Survey Level 3
*Market Valuations for the following purposes ‐ Open Market; Probate; Matrimonial; Tax; Help‐to‐Buy Redemption

Further experience that would be beneficial but not crucial, is someone who has undertaken the following:
*Party Wall Work
*Contract Administration
*Design and Specification
*Commercial Insurance Reinstatement Valuations
*Commercial Building Surveys
