We are looking for an experienced Content Specialist / Content Writer / Copywriter to join a leading property development and investment group and produce content to engage a global audience.

You must have:
*Minimum 3 years' experience working in Marketing / Content Writing / Copywriter / Copywriting / Communications in a B2C environment
*Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
*Excellent English, impeccable grammar and strong attention to detail
*Great communication skills
*Strong knowledge of WordPress
*Previous experience working to tight deadlines
*Previous experience working with the sales and marketing departments
*Presentation, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
*Knowledge and use of social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
*An understanding of the SEO content planning, keyword research and link prospecting
Responsibilities of the Content Creation and SEO Consultant:
*Write engaging content in a variety of formats - web, email, video etc.
*Reviewing, possibly amending and owning the brand guidelines to consistently engage your audience
*Work with the Global Marketing Managers to create compelling content marketing strategies and engaging content
*Work closely with the digital agency to deliver website copy that applies SEO copywriting best practices to grow organic traffic
*Craft segment-specific content for monthly newsletters and automated email campaigns
*Collaborate with the global sales team to ensure alignment on content from a sales perspective, also they buy-in to digital content and campaigns
*Report ongoing results and collaborate with the Marketing team to get regular feedback, make next-step recommendations, and promote achievements and best practice
*Create high quality content for blog articles, press releases, service and product pages, social media posts and other collateral such as brochures and flyers
*Through data insights, implementing the SEO work on your accounts to optimise the performance
*Market research to ensure up-to-date and valuable content is published for existing and prospective customers
*Good understanding of market audience and using different style guides to engage them
Desirable, yet not all essential skills:
*Previous experience writing for global audiences
*Property Investment / Property Market Experience
*Knowledge of Google Search Console
*Email Marketing Automation platforms (Marketing Cloud)
*Webinar and Podcast production
