Student Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Executive - Mandarin Speaking

Due to global expansion our client is currently looking for an outgoing and charismatic MANDARIN SPEAKING Student Lettings Negotiator / Executive to be based in South Manchester. After an initial training period you will work from their Head Office as a Student Lettings Negotiator / Executive responsible for the letting of the Student apartments, with the aim of achieving 100% occupancy for the forthcoming academic year. As well as being involved in the marketing and promotion of new buildings.

If you are MANDARIN SPEAKING with some sales experience as a; Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Executive, Estate Agent, Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor or Business Development Executive etc. or just interested in a people focused sales role then please forward your CV.

Responsibilities include:

* Deal with enquiries by phone, email and also by instant messaging platforms such as WeChat and WhatsApp
* Spreading our clients brand awareness around the city
* Capturing student data
* Directly engaging with the student audience and representing our client inside and outside the show apartment.
* Assisting the marketing and attending housing fairs and any other on campus activities
* To follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation.
* To conduct/arrange viewings of the show flat to all interested parties, ensuring that the studio apartment and its facilities are marketed to their full extent.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm

You may be required to work on a Saturday 10am - 4pm and bank holidays depending on the needs of the business

There may also be times to come in earlier or later to meet time zone differences to capture their popular international customer base.
