Business Support Assistant Daily Tasks / Responsibilities: -

*Raising customs' declarations for Imported goods from the EU.
*Liaising with external hauliers to ensure shipments are entered into the UK within a timely manner.
*Communicating with customers on potential delays of shipments.
*Create daily shipment plans for containers arriving into the UK from Denmark and Germany.
*Producing customer Trade Documents.
*Processing orders (SAP).
*Resolving stock issues in accordance with the planning department.
*Raising invoices (SAP).
*Processing stock movements (SAP).
*Produce weekly SAP reports to ensure all orders have been invoiced efficiently.
*Raise customer weekly delivery schedules (Excel)
*Other Ad-hoc duties.

The Ideal Administration Clerk will have: -

*Knowledge of SAP - Highly preferable.
*Profile Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work within a team and independently.
*A team player who can cope under pressure and multi-task.
*Excellent Communication skills.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the following benefits: -

*Salary £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending upon experience.
*Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, then Friday 8am - 3pm.

Full time
