Sales Executive - Lettings

Our client is seeking a dynamic and sales focused Lettings Executive to assist with the lettings of their luxury apartments across the UK.

As a Lettings Executive you will be responsible for providing front-line support to assist with the lettings of residential accommodation and to achieve 100% occupancy ASAP.

Our client is an exciting new brand, offering apartments for rent in amazing city centre locations across the UK. They are all about creating a friendly place to live, with apartments that renters can personalise to make their own home and a ton of social space where they can get to know their neighbours a little better.

They are seeking a sales-focused, but above all passionate individual to join their team. They are looking for highly motivated and confident individuals with the desire to build a career in sales. Ideally they want a graduate who has experience of working within a sales driven environment, however if you are a graduate and have a tenacious and driven character with a real desire to forge a career in sales then read on.

The role is predominantly dealing with interested customers generated by extensive marketing campaigns and trade shows etc and there is little if any cold-calling however you will be required to have a pro-active approach to sales through; referrals and networking etc

Sales Executive - Lettings Responsibilities:

* To follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation.
* To spread awareness all around the city
* To provide feedback to the Directors on lead quality, tenant objections.
* To provide feedback and ideas on how we can adapt the offering in order to appeal to the target tenants.
* Working with other letting agents across the UK to drive tenant enquiries and arrange/book viewing for the resident Letting Executives on site.
* Generating enquires by identifying and pitching to corporate enterprises in the city

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:30pm

You may be required to work on a Saturday 10am - 4pm and bank holidays depending on the needs of the business

There may also be times to come in earlier or later to meet time zone differences to capture their popular international customer base.
