The retail, sales and digital sectors are growing at a rapid rate. So, it's no surprise that these industries are seriously hot ones to be a part of right now. We've been growing the ranks of some of the UK's leading high-growth businesses for over ten years. That's a lot of talent-spotting, handshaking and an unknown quantity of coffee!

So to help us keep up with the surge in next-level talent, we're doing a little growing of our own.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. You'll already be a target-smashing BD Executive or Sales Executive with an attitude that just won't quit and a killer confidence in closing a deal.

Always the first to strike a conversation, you have a tendency to make friends easily and when you do, you find they tend to stick around. You have that way about you.

You're in your element when you're out meeting new people, establishing new relationships and you love the thrill of that moment when a new partnership begins. It's a beautiful thing.

Let's not mince words. You love money and you know how to earn it. Good thing too, as we'll reward your dedication to seeking out new business partnerships with a generous commission package and some seriously nice perks.

If you have at least one years' proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive and are ready for a role you can really make your own, we're all ears.

*You're not afraid to ask questions. Lots of questions. Because you know that thoroughly understanding a businesses needs is the difference between a standard salesperson and a hard-hitting, rapport-building Business Development dynamo.
*You barter. Because you know the value of what you do and you're confident enough to negotiate a fair deal.
*Above all, you're real. No smoke and mirrors, no jargon… you're genuine, not afraid to be honest and confident in making decisions. That's why people like you. We're sure we will too.

What's In It For You?

We'll start you on a salary of £25,000-£30,000 DOE and regularly appraise you to ensure you get back what you put in.

You'll enjoy a generous commission package and bonus structure providing a realistic OTE of £50,000 by the end of first year. How far you take it, well, that's up to you.
